एक बार फिर भारत-बांग्लादेश सीमांत से सात लाख रुपये के जाली नोट बरामद किये गये हैं. रविवार कोसुबह में चरिअनंतपुर इलाके से यह बरामदगी बीएसएफ की 24 नंबर बटालियन ने की. जाली नोटों के तस्कर सीमा पार भागने में सफल रहे. सभी बरामद नोट दो हजार रुपये के हैं, जो एक पैकेट में बंद थे. बीएसएफ सूत्रों ने बताया कि इन नोटों की गुणवत्ता काफी अच्छी है. इससे पहले गत 11 अप्रैल को इसी तरह इस सीमांत इलाके से सात लाख रुपये के जाली नोट बरामद किये गये थे. बीएसएफ और पुलिस अभी पहले की घटना से जुड़े लोगों का पता नहीं लगा पायी है कि एक और घटना सामने आ गयी.
बीएसएफ सूत्रों ने बताया कि रविवार को भोर में ड्यूटी पर तैनात 24 नंबर बटालियन के जवानों ने देखा कि उस पार से कुछ लोगों ने एक पैकेट इस पार फेंका. बीएसएफ की कड़ी चौकसी की वजह से तस्कर इस पार नहीं घुस पाये. जवानों ने फेंके गये प्लास्टिक पैकेट को अपने कब्जे में ले लिया. पैकेट खोले जाने पर उसमें सात लाख रुपये के जाली नोट मिले. दो हजार रुपये के नोटों की गुणवत्ता ने बीएसएफ, पुलिस और प्रशासन के अधिकारियों को चिंता में डाल दिया है.
