राजस्थान में बयाना विधानसभा क्षेत्र से भारतीय जनता पार्टी के विधायक बच्चू सिंह जलती हुई झोपडियों के साथ सेल्फी लेने के बाद विवाद में फंस गये और कांग्रेस ने उनके इस कदम की निंदा की। सिंह ने बयाना कस्बे के नागला मोरोली डांग क्षेत्र में कल लगी आग के दौरान यह सेल्फी लेकर सोशल मीडिया पर अपलोड की। लोग उनके इस कदम की आलोचना कर रहे हैं। विधायक बच्चू सिंह ने कहा कि यह देखने वालों का नजरिया है और उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया पर तस्वीर इसलिये डाली थी ताकि प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को पता चल सके कि वह मौके पर मौजूद हैं और अधिकारी आग रोकने के लिए तुरंत कदम उठाऐं। उन्होंने दावा किया कि फोटो इसलिए डाली क्योंकि उपखंड अधिकारी उनका फोन नहीं उठा रहे थे। प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सचिन पायलट ने उनके इस कदम की निंदा करते हुए कहा कि विधायक आग बुझाने के प्रयास करने के बदले सेल्फी लेने में व्यस्त रहे। विधायक ने विवाद बढता देख कर बाद में सोशल साइट से अपनी तस्वीर हटा ली।
