शोधकर्ताओं का कहना है कि ये डिवाइसे बच्चों की सेहत के लिए काफी खतरनाक भी हैं, खासतौर से आंखों और दिमाग के लिए। इसकी वजह ये है कि इन डिवाइसों के स्क्रीन से जो लाइट निकलती है उससे नींद को नियंत्रित करने वाले हार्मोन का संतुलन बिगड़ जाता है।
